He oversees training and deployments, productizes service lines, and ensures safety, compliance, and delivery standards across global engagements.
Dylan’s background includes U.S. Army service supporting Special Warfare medical training and logistics, as well as extensive private-sector security experience in the U.S., South Africa, and Europe. His roles have included assistant instruction and range safety, live-fire supervision, small-unit training support, high-security transport planning, and incident-response coordination across civilian, law enforcement, and military environments, blending on-the-ground execution with planning that emphasizes continuity of personnel, assets, and operations.
Dylan’s professional education and training include Trauma Combat Casualty Care (TCCC-AC), FEMA Incident Command System (IS-100.c/IS-200), U.S. Army Airborne and Infantry training, the Special Forces Preparatory Course, DHS/CISA Office of Bombing Prevention coursework, and various other tactical, technical and medical training. He is completing a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies & Defense Development at Norwich University (expected 2027). Justin Overholt is an emergency response professional, consultant, and trainer specializing in all-hazards and all-crimes emergency planning, training, exercise design, and facilitation. With a professional career spanning more than 30 years, he is a veteran of both the military and civil service sectors.
His extensive background includes service in the US Marine Corps and US Army Special Operations Forces, as well as civil service roles as a Fire and Explosion Investigator, firefighter, technical rescue specialist, hazardous materials technician, tactical paramedic, Special Response Team program administrator, Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program facilitator, and Terrorism Liaison Officer.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and Applied Science degrees in Emergency Services – Paramedicine, and Fire Science.
Throughout his career, Justin has developed and managed specialized emergency response, counter-terrorism, and active threat training and exercise programs for national-level events, energy-sector facilities, and port authorities across the United States and for US interests operating overseas.

Under his leadership, HSG Switzerland has become a trusted provider of high-standard, tailor-made security and risk management solutions for governmental, corporate, and private clients worldwide.
His career began in the armed forces in north africa, serving eight years as a Lieutenant in the Navy Special Forces Group - Under Water Special Operations Unit, followed by several years with the Military Police and Border Security. He later specialized as an Embassy and Close Protection Officer in international missions, before transitioning into the corporate and private protection sector, where he successfully managed complex operations and high-risk assignments across multiple continents.

Chris Moyer brings 31 years of service in the United States Army, including 26 years with Special Operations Command and 14 years as a USASOC operator. His wide-ranging operational experience spans service with the 19th Special Forces Group and the 1st/75th Ranger battalions and includes leadership roles from squad leader to operations sergeant major and task force liaison.
Throughout an extensive career, Chris planned and executed small-unit tactics in support of unconventional warfare, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense, and direct action missions. He participated in more than 1,000 combat assaults across Afghanistan and Iraq and has trained and partnered with numerous international and domestic units, including FBI HRT, Ranger Regiment elements, SAS/SASR, KSK, FSK, JTF2, U.S. Border Patrol, and indigenous forces in Colombia, Thailand, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
